Little knowledge about vacuum cleaning equipment
As relevant departments in our country attach great importance to environmental standards in factories and workshops, central vacuum cleaning equipment has attracted much attention in the industrial field in recent years. It further promotes the development of vacuum cleaning equipment and technological improvement in our country.
In the past, many customers were helpless about the dust generated by factories, which not only harmed the health of employees, but also greatly hindered the improvement of production efficiency. In this case, central vacuum cleaning equipment came into being.
According to experts, almost all dust that can react with air can explode, including grain dust, metal dust, chemical dust, textile dust, wood dust, etc. Therefore, in the workshop, we need to keep the room clean at all times and reduce the dust density.

If we want to reduce dust in the workshop, we must find suitable dust removal equipment. Traditional dust removal methods can no longer meet the requirements of current mechanized equipment. The problem of mechanized dust must be solved mechanically and intelligently - central vacuum systems.
Central vacuum cleaning equipment consists of a vacuum host, a control system, a vacuum pipe, a vacuum valve and a vacuum operating component. The vacuum cleaning equipment system is a high negative pressure, low flow dust removal system.
This system is often used in the collection of high-speed flying dust, cleaning of workshops, transportation of negative pressure materials, etc. Users who apply this system often have high requirements for dust collection. The processing equipment used in the production process is precision processing equipment and has high requirements for dust prevention.
When the central vacuum cleaning equipment is running, dust is effectively sucked into the vacuum pipe network through the suction nozzle. Under the action of vacuum negative pressure, the inhaled dust is sucked into the vacuum cleaner along the negative pressure pipe with the air flow.
First, large particles of dust pass through the air inlet deflector and fall into the dust bucket below the machine under the action of centrifugal force; extremely light-density dust continues to move upward with the airflow.
When dust enters the filter chamber of the central vacuum cleaning equipment, it is separated by the filter, and clean air is discharged into the air from the exhaust port of the vacuum cleaner through the muffler.
The dust on the filter is removed by the system's automatic pulse backwash device, which works alternately and regularly.
