Venturi wet dust collector



Designed with high-efficiency Venturi washing technology, it consists of core units such as Venturi contraction section, spray system, washing tower body, gas-liquid separation device, circulating water system and intelligent control system, forming a complete wet dust removal and purification system.
The dust-containing gas flows at high speed after entering the venturi throat, and is fully mixed and collided with the spray liquid, causing the dust particles to quickly wet, condense and gain weight, achieving efficient capture in the subsequent separation section. The equipment can simultaneously complete dust removal, cooling, humidification and absorption of some harmful gases. It is especially suitable for high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive and sticky dust conditions. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%, and it has excellent purification effect on fine particles.
