The bag dust collector is a widely used dust removal equipment that can remove various industrial dusts with high dust removal efficiency. But since it often stores dust during work, it needs to be cleaned after working for a period of time. When using bag dust collectors, attention should be paid to regular dust removal to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the dust removal equipment. Doing this will not only clean the vacuum cleaner, but also extend its life. Generally speaking, the dust removal methods of bag dust collector are as follows:

1. Physical cleaning:

: Mainly relies on artificial or mechanical vibration or high-frequency oscillation. Vertical or horizontal vibration can be used, as well as high-speed vibration. The advantage of physical dust cleaning is that it is simple and convenient, but the disadvantage is uneven vibration, low filtration wind speed, and great damage to the filter bag.

2. Wind dust removal:

Bag dust collector: Outdoor or circulating air is mainly used to pass through the filter bag in the opposite direction to the dust-laden airflow, so that the dust blocks on the filter bag fall off. There are two ways to clean dust against the wind: back blow cleaning and reverse suction cleaning. The former blows air into the filter bag with positive pressure, and the latter sucks air out of the filter bag with negative pressure. The dust cleaning air flow can be supplied by the main fan, or a separate backflush (suction) fan can be installed. The advantage of this cleaning method is that the air flow is relatively evenly distributed, but the disadvantage is that the cleaning intensity is low and the wind speed cannot be too high.

3. Sonic cleaning:

The bag dust collector is mainly used to generate additional vibration in the dust collection bag to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. It has the advantages of advanced technology, low power consumption, and little damage to equipment. The disadvantage is the high cost.

4. Pulse cleaning:

Bag dust collector: Compressed air is mainly used to induce the surrounding air to be sprayed into the filter bag through the venturi tube in a short period of time, causing the filter bag to generate pulse expansion vibration, and peel off the dust on the dust bag under the action of reverse air flow. The advantages of this dust cleaning method are strong ability, good effect, and allows high filtration wind speed. Even if the bag dust collector is working, the dust can be cleaned while working. The disadvantage is that it uses high-pressure compressed air, which causes a high injection volume and causes serious damage to the dust bag. It is precisely because of this shortcoming that when using this method to remove dust, the dust bag belt must be thick, wear-resistant, and have strong tensile strength.
