The structure and principle of bag dust collector

The structure and principle of bag dust collector

1. Main structure of the equipment The bag dust collector is mainly composed of the bottom steel structure, ash hopper, upper box, middle box, air inlet and outlet, filter bag, dust cleaning device, electrical control and other parts.

2. Working principle of bag dust collector

2.1 Filtration principle Dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated under the action of inertia and gravity, and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dusty gas passes through the ash hopper and enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening, and then passes through the air outlet. release.

2.2 Principle of dust removal As the filtration time prolongs, the dust on the filter bag will continue to accumulate, the resistance of the dust removal equipment will continue to increase, and the dust removal device will start cleaning according to the set time. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a short period of time and pours into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand, deform, and vibrate. The dust is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, close the electromagnetic pulse valve and clean each row of filter bags in sequence.

2.3 Dust collection After filtering and dust removal, the trapped dust falls into the ash hopper, and the ash hopper discharges the materials through the discharge pipe of the unloader to the ash collection bin for centralized discharge.

3. Precautions for using bag dust collector

When the bag dust collector is shut down and restarted, the dust collector changes from a cold state to a hot state, and the water vapor in the exhaust gas may be in the filter. Precipitation on the filter bag will cause agglomeration and increase the resistance of the filter bag. At this time, the intensity and frequency of dust cleaning should be increased and the agglomeration should be eliminated in time. When the bag dust collector needs to be shut down for some reason, the exhaust fan should continue to work for a period of time to exhaust the high temperature and high humidity gas in the bag dust collector, and continue to clean the dust until the dust on the dust filter bag is removed. equipment. Ash accumulated in the ash hopper should also be drained cleanly to prevent clumping and blockage. The main disadvantage of bag dust collectors is that the filter bags need to be replaced regularly, which increases operating costs and maintenance workload.
