       Activated carbon filter is also called activated carbon deodorization device and activated carbon adsorption filter; activated carbon filter is an environmentally friendly equipment device for exhaust gas filtration and odor adsorption produced by our company. Activated carbon has high adsorption efficiency, wide application, easy maintenance, and can handle multiple tasks at the same time. With the advantages of mixed exhaust gas, activated carbon filters are used for waste gas treatment and purification in electronic components production, battery (battery) production, pickling operations, laboratory exhaust, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, painting, food, brewing, etc. Among them, they are most widely used in spray painting waste gas treatment.
 

             
        The organic waste gas is powered by the fan, and enters the activated carbon filter tower under positive or negative pressure. Since there is unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical force on the solid surface of the activated carbon, when the solid surface comes into contact with the gas, it can attract the gas molecules and concentrate them and keep them on the solid surface. The pollutants are thus adsorbed. After the waste gas passes through the filter, it enters the equipment dust exhaust system, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude to meet the standards.

        Activated carbon is a kind of black powdery, granular or pellet-shaped amorphous porous carbon. The main component is carbon, and also contains small amounts of oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur, nitrogen, and chlorine. It also has a fine structure like graphite, but the grains are smaller and the layers are irregularly stacked. Has a large surface area (500~1000m^3/g). It has strong adsorption capacity and can adsorb gas, liquid or colloidal solid on its surface. The adsorption of gas and liquid can be close to the quality of activated carbon itself.

       The adsorption effect of activated carbon is selective, and non-polar substances are easier to adsorb than polar substances. In the same series of substances, substances with high boiling points are more likely to be adsorbed. The greater the pressure, the lower the temperature, the higher the concentration, and the greater the adsorption capacity; conversely, reducing pressure and increasing temperature are beneficial to the desorption of gases.

Activated carbon is often used for gas adsorption, separation and purification, solvent recovery, decolorizing agent for sugar liquid, grease, glycerin, drugs, deodorant for drinking water or refrigerators, poison filter for gas masks, and can also be used as a catalyst or metal salt catalyst.
